#10 Marius - Strawberry Souffle

#10 Marius - Strawberry Souffle
Ok, this is a bonus, but I couldn't leave out Pontmercy. I was looking out for romantic food for Marius, because, let's face it, he's a dearie. And what is more adorable, soft and romantic than a souffle? A strawberry souffle? I think he'd totally eat this with Cosette on a date.

#9 Feuilly - Cherry Filled Paczki

#9 Feuilly - Cherry Filled Paczki
This was an obvious choice too, what better for Feuilly than a traditional polish pastry? and paczkis were my ultimate choice. I wanted something red for the filling, with intense flavour, and cherry jam was the best choice for that.

#8 Bossuet - Fortune Cookies

#8 Bossuet - Fortune Cookies
Yes, this is supposed to be a joke. But it's actually so much fun to have your costume made fortune cookies with your own fortune written on them. And we all know Bossuet needs some good fortune! This version has a mix of almond and lemon extract, but you can make them with vanilla extract if you want (those are really tasty).

#7 Joly - Fruit Pastry Cake

#7 Joly - Fruit Pastry Cake
I wanted something that was sweet but not too heavy for Joly. You know, because you need to keep healthy. So, I chose this, the perfect mix between a sweetly baked crust and fresh fruit: the fruit pastry cake. I liked this version with strawberries, blueberries and peaches, but you can put your own combination in it.

#6 Bahorel - Dark Chocolate Cake

#6 Bahorel - Dark Chocolate Cake
There was mostly one thing I wanted for a Bahorel inspired pastry and that was intensity. And what's more intense than Hershey's dark chocolate? They have more than one dark chocolate recipie using Hershey's, but I liked the "especially dark" one the most for this, because of the awesome frosting it has.

#5 Grantaire - Rum Cake

#5 Grantaire - Rum Cake
Well, R had to be a cake with a good amount of alcohol in it, that much was decided. And, from all the ones I could think of, the Rum cake is the one that most people can relate to, there are different versions in different countries, and I consider R a character with relatable flaws and, even if extremist in some of his opinions, we can all relate to him, in a way.

#4 Jehan - Lavender Macarons

#4 Jehan - Lavender Macarons
This was actually the idea that started everything. When I made the Jehan set I used a macaron accesory because I though "Jehan would be a cute little macaron". So, the choice was super easy, cute and soft little macarons. For the flavour, I wanted something floral, and lavender pastries go really well with tea, so I chose them.

#3 Courfeyrac - Nutella Swiss Roll

#3 Courfeyrac - Nutella Swiss Roll
Since Courf is the center and the one always bringing people together, no matter how different they are, I wanted something that can be eaten with many different fillings and still taste awesome. That's why I chose a swiss roll (we call it pionono in this side of the world btw). For this particular one, I was thinking "what could be an amazing filling that at least 90% of the population would like?". The answer was, obviously, Nutella.

#2 Combeferre - Tiramisu
I wanted something with coffee for Ferre, elegant but easy to make, and I really love Tiramisu, so here. I wanted some variety in the table, so something that doesn't need to be baked was a nice addition.
